Process: Claims are filed online via the boAt Support Portal by filling out a complaint registration form. If a service center is not available in your area, you will be directed to door-to-door (D2D) replacement.D2D Paid 

Services: For out-of-warranty devices, a paid door-to-door repair service is available, which requires upfront payment of diagnosis and repair quotes.Website UseAccount 

Guidelines: Users who register on the boAt platform are bound by the boAt User Agreement, which can be updated at any time without prior notice.


Coupon & Coin Rules: E-commerce discount codes and boAt Coins cannot be converted to cash, are non-transferable, and can only be used once.
